I didn’t create this The Alignment Method from theory.
It was born through the most difficult chapter of my life — losing my first daughter at birth.
That experience broke something open in me.
There was nothing to control, nothing to fix, nothing to push.
All I could do was turn inward.
I learned to sit with what I felt, to listen deeply, and to trust something I couldn’t see — a quiet inner guidance that kept leading me forward.
I didn’t force healing.
I didn’t set expectations.
I followed what felt true, moment by moment.
And slowly, something shifted.
What felt like the worst thing that could have ever happened…
became the greatest teacher of my life.
This process — of learning to feel safe within myself, to trust my body, and to follow that inner knowing — is exactly what The Alignment Project is built on.
That experience showed me something very clearly:
The way we relate to ourselves — our bodies, our emotions, our internal state — shapes far more of our reality than we are usually taught.
This is the work I return to every day.
Not because life is perfect — but because I know how to return to alignment again and again.
