About Me
For most of my life, I actually got what I asked for.
I wanted to live in the mountains, so I moved from Estonia to Switzerland.
I wanted to become a snowboard instructor, so I became one.
I wanted certain jobs, certain places, certain details — and again and again, life met me there.
Not because I had everything figured out. But because I trusted what I wanted enough to move toward it. I knew how to follow the light before I knew how to explain it.
But somewhere along the way, my asking became smaller.
The external world got louder. Money felt more serious. Safety started to mean being realistic. And little by little, I began to doubt the very part of me that had always known where to go.
So I settled.
I chose the safe version.
The responsible version.
The version that made sense on paper.
I became good at holding it together, serving, functioning, adapting, and being grateful for what was already there.
But deep down, I knew.
I did not come here to serve sausages and beer for the rest of my life while pretending my own light did not matter.
I was meant for more.
Not more in the loud, performative, “prove yourself” kind of way.
More truth. More life. More visibility. More freedom.
And then 2020 happened. We lost our firstborn at birth.
For me, that year was a course correction.
A breaking point.
A remembering.
A moment where life showed me, painfully and clearly, that the life I had settled for was not the life I was here to live.
I’m Reelika.
And my work is rooted in the belief that the life we are living is not fixed. It is learned. Patterned. Repeated. Normalized in the body.
And because of that, it can also be rewired.
This is not about forcing yourself into confidence, discipline, visibility, health, or motherhood in the “right” way.
It is about teaching your body that it is safe to become the woman you already know you are here to be.
My own life has been the testing ground for this.
I have met this work in visibility, in business, in my body, and in motherhood. I am a mother to an angel baby and an earth baby. I have walked through grief, fear, responsibility, self-doubt, and the deep discomfort of letting go of the old safety nets my nervous system once depended on.
And again and again, I have seen the same truth:
When the body learns a new normal, life begins to reflect it back.
And that when life gets messy, you are about to meet how powerful and capable you really are.
Not because we bypass discomfort.
But because we learn how to stay with it.
To stay with the sensation.
To stay with the fear of being seen.
To stay with the discomfort of wanting more.
To stay when the old pattern tells us to shrink, hide, overthink, control, or disappear.
This is where my genius lies.
In testing my own light first.
In walking myself through the places where I felt not enough, unsafe, unseen, or unsupported — and learning how to meet those places without abandoning myself.
Because your body is not working against you.
It is simply loyal to what once kept you safe.
And when you begin to change what safety feels like inside of you, you stop living from the old program.
You stop waiting to be ready.
You stop performing for approval.
You stop outsourcing your worth.
And you begin to create from the truth of who you already are.
That is the work.
Becoming safe enough to be seen.
Safe enough to lead.
Safe enough to receive.
Safe enough to live the life you actually desire.

The world needs you just the way you are.”
